Announcement of the Establishment of the IIFSA International Film University Alliance

The International Institute of Film Science & Arts (IIFSA) is pleased to announce the establishment of the IIFSA International Film University Alliance. This alliance aims to foster global collaboration among leading universities in the fields of film studies, cinematic arts, and related research disciplines.

Purpose and Objectives:

1. Promote academic exchange and joint research projects among member universities.

2. Support the development of innovative film programs and curricula.

3. Facilitate student and faculty mobility, including joint workshops, seminars, and conferences.

4. Encourage co-production of research publications, international film festivals, and cinematic initiatives.

Membership:

Universities with strong programs in film studies, media, and related disciplines are invited to join the alliance. Membership will provide opportunities for networking, collaborative research, and participation in IIFSA-led initiatives, including the prestigious Astar Award program.
